Welcome to Kreassive. The terms "we," "us," and "our" refer to Kreassive LLC. We operate kreassive.com and kreambox.com (the "Services") to provide you with a curated K-beauty shopping experience. Our store is powered by Shopify.

Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully. By visiting or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

Section 1 — Eligibility and Account

By agreeing to these Terms, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction. If you are accessing the Services on behalf of a minor, you take full responsibility for their use.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Please notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. Accounts may not be transferred or sold to another person.

We make every effort to accurately display our products, including colors and descriptions. However, due to device and screen variations, the appearance of products may differ slightly from what you see online. Product descriptions, availability, and pricing are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue any product at any time.

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. Kreassive reserves the right to accept or decline any order. An order is confirmed once payment has been processed and you receive a confirmation email. We will contact you if an order cannot be fulfilled.

Products purchased through our store are intended for personal, non-commercial use only. Resale or redistribution of our products without prior written consent is not permitted.

Section 4 — Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. The final price, including applicable taxes and shipping, is shown at checkout and confirmed by email.

By submitting payment, you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method provided and agree to pay all associated charges. We accept major credit cards through Shopify Payments. We do not store your full payment details.

Section 5 — Shipping and Delivery

We currently ship within the United States only. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or circumstances outside our control. Risk of loss passes to you once your order is handed to the carrier.

Free shipping is available on orders of $20 or more. Orders below $20 are subject to a flat shipping fee of $5.99.

Section 6 — Returns and Refunds

Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details on returns, exchanges, and refunds. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase, and we'll do our best to resolve any issues promptly.
