We currently ship within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package appears to be lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at kreambox@kreassive.com and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Kreassive is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. Once an order is handed to the carrier, risk of loss passes to the customer.

Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are unable to redirect packages once they have been shipped. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.
