Refund & Return Policy

We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, we're here to help. Please read our policy below and don't hesitate to reach out with any questions.

30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. After 30 days, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition as received
  • In their original packaging with tags attached
  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at kreambox@kreassive.com before sending anything back. Once your return is approved, we'll provide a return shipping label and instructions.

Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at kreambox@kreassive.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll make it right as quickly as possible.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our products, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used beauty and personal care products — for hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that have been opened or used
  • Sale items and discounted products
  • Gift cards
  • Custom or special-order items
If you're unsure whether your item is eligible for return, please contact us before sending it back and we'll be happy to help.

Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges. The fastest way to get the right product is to return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order once your return is accepted.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the refund decision by email. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
