The Beginning

We started where
California shops.

It felt right to begin here. Jagalchi at Serramonte Center — one of the Bay Area's most beloved shopping destinations, where cultures cross and communities gather. We weren't just opening a booth; we were introducing a new kind of beauty ritual to a neighborhood that was ready for it.

For two weeks, Kreassive set up inside Jagalchi at Serramonte Center in Daly City, bringing a curated selection of K-beauty to the hands (and faces) of curious visitors — locals, shoppers, and everyone who paused long enough to say "what is that?"

On the Ground

Two weeks of textures,
scents, and skin.

The booth became a small sanctuary inside the mall. Shoppers would pause mid-stride, drawn in by a display built not just to look good — but to be experienced. Every station was designed to invite curiosity: products arranged to be touched, tested, and understood, with our team on hand to walk each visitor through textures, ingredients, and routines tailored to their skin. Some stayed for five minutes. Others stayed for fifty. Teenagers tested serums on the back of their hands; mothers asked careful questions about formulations for their daughters. Every single interaction reminded us why we're doing this.

What We Learned

The first one always
teaches you the most.

Jagalchi showed us something important: people are hungry for K-beauty, but they need a guide. Not a salesperson — a guide. Someone who can say "try this one first" and "this layering order works best for your skin type." That's the role we're here to play.

We left Daly City with full journals, tired feet, and a very clear direction. The next chapter is already being written.
